Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do on LearnixTa (operated by LearnixTa Private Limited, Khammam, Telangana). It forms part of our Terms of Service and reflects the due-diligence requirements of Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

1. You MAY

• •Use the Platform for your own personal career exploration and learning — free, with no account needed.
• •Open up to 3 pathways per device every 24 hours, plus Life Skills, which is always open.
• •Share your own results or Clarity Card using the sharing options we provide.
• •Post one honest review of your own experience per device.

2. You may NOT

• •Copy or extract content: no scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, mass screenshotting, or re-typing our previews, quizzes, reports, roadmaps, or catalogues for use outside the Platform.
• •Republish or resell: no posting our content to other sites, channels, groups, or courses; no reselling or charging anyone for access to LearnixTa — the Platform is free.
• •Use bots or automation: no scripts, bots, headless browsers, or automated tools against the Platform or its APIs.
• •Bypass protections: no attempting to evade locks, selection limits, rate limits, watermarks, the one-path commitment system, or the free daily limit (for example, by resetting or spoofing device identifiers, or by using multiple devices or browsers to farm extra pathways).
• •Abuse AI features: no spamming AI chat, no attempts to extract other users' data or the underlying catalogue through chat, no harmful or unlawful prompts.
• •Harm the service: no hacking attempts, malware, denial-of-service, probing for vulnerabilities, or interfering with other users.
• •Misuse identity: no impersonating LearnixTa staff, partners, or other users; no fake or misleading reviews.
• •Post unlawful content in reviews or feedback: nothing defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, harmful to children, misleading, infringing of any patent/trademark/copyright, or in violation of any Indian law.

3. Enforcement

We may rate-limit, restrict, or block access from a device that breaks this policy, remove abusive content, and — for serious cases (fraud, hacking, large-scale scraping) — pursue legal remedies, including under the IT Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

4. Reporting

Found a bug, vulnerability, or someone misusing our content — or anyone charging money for LearnixTa access? Tell us: info@learnixta.com. We appreciate responsible reports and will acknowledge within 24 hours.
