Summary: LearnixTa claims rights only in material it owns or is licensed to use. Facts, ideas, government information and third-party works are not ours. Linking, personal learning and legal exceptions are always allowed. Report a suspected rights problem and we will review it.
1. Owned and third-party material
Original text, artwork, page design and other qualifying material on learnixta.com belongs to LearnixTa or to the identified owner or licensor. Institution, employer and product names, trademarks and quoted sources remain their owners’ property; references never imply endorsement. Copyright does not give us ownership of underlying facts, ideas or methods, and AI-assisted material may not be uniquely protectable.
2. What you may do
Link to any public page; use material for personal learning; quote limited passages with attribution; make screenshots for personal or educational use; and rely on fair dealing and other exceptions under Indian law. Preserve credits and licences where they appear. Do not commercially republish substantial protected material, sell LearnixTa-branded content as your own or imply that we endorse you. Ask learnixta@gmail.com for any use outside these permissions.
3. Your submissions
You keep rights you hold in material you submit (for example a project link or feedback). You allow us the processing needed to deliver the requested feature and meet support, safety and legal obligations — nothing more. Public use of your story, image or project example requires your separate, explicit permission.
4. Reporting a rights problem
Send learnixta@gmail.com your contact details, the work or right concerned, the exact LearnixTa page or material, why you believe the use is unauthorised and your authority to act. We acknowledge and assess the report, seek clarification if needed, and remove, restrict, correct or retain the material as appropriate, notifying the submitter and allowing a response where lawful. Good-faith reports are welcome; knowingly false claims can harm others.
