Our content is originally created and curated by LearnixTa — researched, structured, written, and designed in our own words and our own student-friendly style, with the assistance of licensed AI tools and research from publicly available sources. It is not a reproduction of any third party's content. Factual information referred to in our content (such as exam names, course structures, scheme details, or public information about employers) remains factual information in the public domain; our copyright subsists in our selection, arrangement, expression, and presentation of it.

Free to use is not free to copy. LearnixTa being free for students does not place our content in the public domain or grant any licence to reproduce or redistribute it.

5. Copyright complaints (takedown)

If you believe content on LearnixTa infringes your copyright, email our Grievance Officer at info@learnixta.com with:

• •your name, contact details, and (if acting for the owner) your authority to act;
• •identification of the copyrighted work;
• •the URL/location of the material on our Platform;
• •a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and that your notice is accurate.

We will acknowledge within 24 hours, review promptly, and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, in line with the IT Act, 2000, the IT Rules, 2021, and the Copyright Act, 1957. This process also serves as our notice-and-takedown mechanism for user-submitted content such as reviews.
