Cookie Policy
Important — LearnixTa can make mistakes. Our content is guidance, not guaranteed fact. Please verify important details (courses, fees, exams, cutoffs, jobs, earnings) with official sources before you act. See our AI Disclaimer.
This policy explains how LearnixTa (operated by LearnixTa Private Limited, Khammam, Telangana) uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. "Local storage" works in a similar way and is what LearnixTa mainly uses — it lets the Platform remember your progress on your own device without any account or login.
2. What we use
- •Essential (always on): the anonymous device session that remembers your pathway, picks, quiz results and badges; the free daily-limit counter (3 pathways per device per 24 hours); and protection against fraud and abuse (rate limiting, security). The Platform cannot work without these.
- •Preference storage: remembers choices such as your language, cookie preferences, whether you have seen our AI notice, and interface settings.
- •Anonymous visitor count: a first-party counter that measures how many visits the site receives, in aggregate only.
- •Analytics (only with your consent, if enabled): helps us understand which pages are used so we can improve the Platform. Used in aggregate; we do not sell this data.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell personal data, we run no payment or checkout cookies (the Platform is free), and — in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — we do not use cookies for behavioural tracking or targeted advertising directed at children (users under 18).
3. Third-party cookies
Some features may set third-party cookies:
- •Embedded video (for example, YouTube) when you play an intro video;
- •Hosting/security providers that keep the site available and protected.
These are governed by those providers' own policies.
4. Managing cookies and storage
You can manage preferences via the Cookie preferences link in our footer, and via your browser settings (block or delete cookies and site data). You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time, as easily as you gave it. Clearing essential storage will reset your saved progress and your daily-limit counter tracking on that device — and because there is no account, cleared progress cannot be restored.
5. Changes
We may update this policy; the version published on this page is the current one.
