Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

LearnixTa ("LearnixTa", "we", "us") operates learnixta.com. For any question, correction, privacy request or complaint, write to learnixta@gmail.com or use the Contact page. We aim to acknowledge every message and explain the outcome or next step.

This policy covers learnixta.com. External websites we link to — colleges, banks, government portals, employers, learning platforms — have their own privacy practices.

2. What we process and why

Request and security data: IP address, request details, limited browser and device information and security events, used to deliver pages, investigate errors and protect the service.

Device identifier and guest progress: a random identifier stored in your browser (lxt_device_id) plus the pathway choices, quiz answers and results linked to it, used to remember your work and apply fair-use limits. It is pseudonymous — it does not include your name, phone number or email — but it is still personal data while it can be linked to your browser.

Preferences: theme (light/dark), reading size, dismissed notices and the once-per-tab educational note, stored on your device so the site behaves the way you chose.

Aggregate visitor count: a single site-wide counter of unique visits shown on the homepage. It is a total, not a profile of you.

Messages you send: support requests, corrections and feedback sent to our mailbox, used to reply to you and fix problems.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, passwords, OTPs, bank details, identity documents, health records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Analytics, advertising and AI processing

Optional product analytics, advertising trackers and session recording are disabled in this release and are not loaded. If we ever enable optional analytics, we will explain it here and in the Cookie and Storage Policy first, and offer a genuine choice.

Our AI assistant (Lexi) is currently switched off, so no chat content is sent to any AI provider. Content on the site is prepared with AI tools and human review before publication; that preparation does not involve your personal data.

4. Who else sees data

Hosting, database, email and security services that run the site process data only for those functions. Authorised LearnixTa team members access records only for a legitimate support, security or operational purpose. We may disclose information where a valid legal request, protection of rights or a security incident requires it, subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Local preferences and guest progress stay in your browser until you clear them or until we retire the storage key. Server-side guest records and quiz results are kept while they are needed to show your progress and for a reasonable period afterwards for security and fair-use purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and keep a record of the resolution. Security logs are kept for a limited period for incident investigation. Backups expire on a rolling schedule; deletions are reapplied if a backup is restored.

6. Children

Students under 18 can read every public pathway without giving personal details. We do not knowingly create accounts for children or collect their contact details in this release. Any future interactive feature that processes children’s personal data will follow the age-appropriate protections and guardian requirements of Indian law before it is enabled. If you believe a child’s data has been processed inappropriately, write to us so we can assess restriction, deletion and remedial steps.

7. Your rights and choices

You can clear the site’s browser storage at any time, ask us what data is linked to your device identifier, request correction or deletion, or object to a use you consider inappropriate. Write to learnixta@gmail.com. We will verify the request proportionately, act on it or explain any lawful exception, and tell you about any complaint route available to you. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, secret management and operational safeguards, and we notify affected people and authorities of incidents where the law requires it. No system is perfectly secure.
