1. Operator and scope

LearnixTa ("LearnixTa", "we", "us") operates learnixta.com. For any question, correction, privacy request or complaint, write to learnixta@gmail.com or use the Contact page. We aim to acknowledge every message and explain the outcome or next step.

These terms apply to the LearnixTa website and the features that are actually enabled on it. Institutions, employers, government portals and other external websites we link to have their own terms and are not controlled by us.

2. Free and open learning

Every public pathway — Career Clarity, Inner Specializations, Future-Ready Job Roles, Future AI Agent Pathway, Is AI Coming for Your Role, Build Badges, Internship Pathfinder, Fresher Launchpad, Career Switch & Growth, Banking Careers, Blue-Collar Jobs, Entrepreneurship · OwnPath, Agriculture, Life Skills and The AI Shift — is open without a fee, subscription, payment method or daily pathway allowance. You may move between pathways and revisit material freely.

A short educational note appears once per browser tab when you first open some pathways. Reading it is not a contract, a waiver of rights or proof of parental consent; it simply reminds you that the material is educational guidance.

To keep the service fair and available, proportionate, disclosed fair-use and anti-abuse controls may apply to automated or unusually heavy traffic. They are never a paywall and never convert public learning into a paid product.

3. Accounts and saved work

Public sign-in is not currently offered to students. If you use the site without an account, your choices and progress may be remembered on your device and linked to a random device identifier (see Privacy). Clearing browser storage or changing device can remove that local progress; we cannot promise cross-device recovery for guest work.

Team or administrative accounts are used only to maintain content. Protect any sign-in you hold and tell us about suspected unauthorised use. LearnixTa will never ask you for a password, OTP, card security code or banking password.

4. AI assistance and availability

LearnixTa uses AI tools to help organise, draft and explain career information, followed by human review. Our conversational AI assistant ("Lexi") is not enabled at present; if it is switched on in future, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first to explain the provider, data flow and any limits.

We work to keep the site available, but maintenance, hosting or provider outages may interrupt it temporarily. An interruption never creates a charge or restricts your right to return later.

5. Students, age and guardians

Many visitors are school and college students, including people under 18. Public material can be read without giving us personal details. Any future feature that collects personal information from younger students will apply age-appropriate protections and any guardian process required by Indian law before it is enabled. A checkbox ticked by a student is not treated as verified parental consent.

6. Educational purpose and responsibility

Quizzes, suggestions, salary ranges, exam details, scheme information and future-of-work scenarios are exploration aids, not clinical assessments, validated aptitude certification, professional counselling or a final decision. Consider your interests, circumstances, costs, location and the advice of people you trust.

Before acting on eligibility, admission, examination, fee, deadline, employment, scholarship or scheme details, verify them with the current official notification of the responsible institution or recruiting body. We do not guarantee admission, employment, salary, business success, an "AI-proof" occupation or the timing of any future scenario. Information may be incomplete, outdated or wrong despite our efforts.

7. Your content and acceptable conduct

You keep any rights you hold in material you submit (for example a feedback message or a project link). You permit us to process it only as needed to provide the requested feature and to meet support, safety and legal obligations; this is not a transfer of ownership. Do not submit confidential or personal information you are not authorised to share. The Acceptable Use Policy and the Copyright and Content Use Policy form part of these terms.

Community features and introductory videos are paused in this release. Nothing you send us privately is published as a testimonial without your separate, explicit permission.

8. Changes, restrictions and rights

We may update these terms prospectively; the version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Where a change requires your fresh agreement, we will ask for it separately. We may proportionately restrict activity that involves credible abuse, unauthorised access or a legal requirement, and — except where urgent protection or law prevents it — we explain the reason and offer a review. Good-faith criticism and complaints are never treated as abuse.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, or stops you approaching a competent court, statutory authority or consumer forum. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the mandatory protections that apply to you.
