Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it (including the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021). They do not require a physical or digital signature.

The Platform is owned and operated by LearnixTa Private Limited (CIN: [insert CIN]), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at [insert registered address], Khammam, Telangana, India ("LearnixTa", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website (learnixta.com) or app (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What LearnixTa is

LearnixTa is a career-guidance platform for students and young professionals in India — covering pathways such as After 10th, After Intermediate, B.Tech, BBA, MBA, Future-Ready Job Roles, Banking, Skilled/Blue-Collar work, Entrepreneurship (OwnPath), AI Risk Check and Life Skills. We provide career previews, quizzes, roadmaps, reports and AI-assisted guidance. Our content is guidance and information only — it is not professional advice, and it does not guarantee admission, employment, income, or any outcome. LearnixTa can make mistakes; you must independently verify information from official sources before acting on it.

2. Free and open access — no account needed

• •No sign-up, no login, no password. You can use the Platform straight away. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to explore the Platform.
• •To make this work, your browser stores an anonymous device identifier on your device. It is used only to remember your own progress (pathway, picks, quiz results, badges) and to apply the daily limit in clause 3. It is not linked to your identity.
• •Because your progress is tied to that device, clearing your browser storage, or switching browser or device, will start you fresh. We cannot recover progress from a cleared or lost device — there is no account to log in to.
• •A private sign-in exists for LearnixTa staff/administrators only. It is not part of the visitor experience.

3. Daily usage limit (fair use)

The Platform is free, and to keep it free and available to everyone we apply a fair-use limit:

• •Each device may open up to 3 pathways every 24 hours. The counter resets automatically; you do not need to do anything.
• •The Life Skills pathway is always open and does not count towards the daily limit.
• •The limit, and the number of pathways included in it, may change at any time as we manage capacity and costs. We may also apply rate limits or other technical measures against scraping and abuse.

4. No payments — LearnixTa is currently free

• •The Platform is completely free to use. We do not charge any fee, take any payment, run any subscription, or operate any checkout or payment gateway on the Platform.
• •We never ask you for card, UPI, netbanking or bank details. If anyone asks you to pay for LearnixTa access, it is not us — please report it to info@learnixta.com.
• •If we introduce paid features in future, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply from that point onwards.

5. How selections work

Some pathways require you to commit to choices (for example, selecting one path and up to three items within it, with limited "start over" options). These rules are shown clearly on the Platform before you commit and are part of the service design. Choices marked final cannot be reversed except through the options the Platform provides.

6. Reviews and anything you submit

If you post a review, rating, or feedback, or submit an outcomes form, you confirm the content is your own and honest. Reviews appear publicly on the Platform, so please share only what you are comfortable making public. One review is allowed per device. We may edit for length or remove content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, and you give us permission to display what you submit on the Platform.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, extract, screenshot for redistribution, republish, resell, or share our content or data; not to use bots or automated tools on the Platform; and not to attempt to bypass any lock, limit, daily quota, or security measure. You also agree not to host, display, upload, share or transmit any information that violates Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021 (including content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful to children, misleading, infringing, or unlawful). See our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — text, previews, quizzes, reports, roadmaps, structure, design, and branding — is originally created and curated by LearnixTa or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view the content for your own career planning only. See our Copyright Policy.

9. Accuracy of content and AI-assisted guidance

Parts of the Platform use artificial intelligence, and our content is compiled from research and curation. Content and AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate — LearnixTa can make mistakes. We make no warranty that any information on the Platform is complete, current, or error-free. See our AI Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. Always independently verify important decisions (courses, fees, exam patterns, cutoffs, admissions, jobs, earnings) with official sources — boards, universities, exam bodies, employers, and government portals — before acting.

10. Third-party platforms and earnings

Where we mention third-party platforms, companies, boards, universities, or government schemes (for example, Urban Company, Swiggy, Ola, or a state scheme portal), or indicative earnings, these are references for identification only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, earnings are not guaranteed, and you must confirm pay, commission, eligibility and terms directly with the party concerned.

11. User-submitted content

The only user-generated content on the Platform today is reviews and feedback. For such content we act as an "intermediary" under the IT Act, 2000, with the grievance process described in Section 15.

12. Availability, changes and withdrawal of access

The Platform is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, limit, or withdraw features, content, or the Platform itself at any time. We may also restrict or block access from a device that breaks these Terms (for example, scraping, bots, or attempts to bypass the daily limit), after notice where practicable. You may stop using the Platform at any time — there is no account to close.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by contract. Subject to that, and because the Platform is provided free of charge, LearnixTa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take based on Platform content (including where you did not independently verify that content), and our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees) or the amount you have paid us, whichever is higher.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-law forum available to you, the courts at Khammam, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
