Free Access and Refund Policy

1. The current free service

All 15 public pathways, lessons, comparisons, official links and quizzes are free. We do not require a payment method, create paid orders, sell top-ups, deduct credits or enrol anyone in a subscription. Nothing needs to be cancelled to avoid a charge, and stopping use never creates a balance owed.

2. Payment requests and unexpected charges

Any message claiming that payment is needed to use LearnixTa should be treated with caution and checked with us at learnixta@gmail.com. Never send money or share passwords, OTPs, card security codes or banking passwords in response to an unverified message.

If you believe you were charged, send us the transaction or reference number, approximate date, amount and a short description (never a full card number). We will check whether LearnixTa or an authorised service received the amount, preserve the evidence and explain the outcome. Where a refund is genuinely due, we arrange it through the original payment route where supported, or a lawful verified alternative agreed with you, and give you a reference.

3. Possible future paid features

Any future paid feature would require a separate decision, clearly displayed prices, its own refund and cancellation terms and your affirmative purchase choice. Continued use of the free site is never treated as agreement to pay.

4. Rights

This policy preserves all statutory consumer rights and your access to appropriate complaint authorities. LearnixTa ("LearnixTa", "we", "us") operates learnixta.com.
